FAQ

  • Do the teacups, pots etc..have drainage holes?
This is a common question, and the answer is no, most of them don't. However this doesn't affect the growth or the health of the plants and succulents in any way. Once they dry right out they are then happy to be watered again. I can provide you with tips and care notes on how to care for your succulents or plants through winter and summertime.
  • Do the succulents grow out of thier pots?
Eventually yes this may happen, as with any living growing thing, they may become too big for their pre-loved pot. They will however last for sometime quite happily in their potted pre-loved piece. To help with any overgrown crazy succulents, I provide a 'Re-Potting' service, for those that want to have thier items repotted with fresh new succulents. I'm also happy to pot those that have outgrown their pot into something new for you too. Please get in touch, and I'd be happy to tailor a quote for you.
  • Do you post them?
I can post all over NZ. Some succulents travel better than others, so I will advise you if the item you want might need me to replace a few succulents that travel better. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee succulents will arrive in perfect condition, however I do my very best to package them with plenty of padding to ensure they are secure, then label them 'This way up' and 'Fragile', so that they arrive in the best condition possible. Please get in touch if you'd like a price for postage to your area.
  • Can I purchase now, and put my product on hold?
Absolutely! I am mindful that sometimes people don't want to miss out on that special gift, but it may be a week or more before they are ready to hand it to them, in which case, I'm happy to hold onto to it for you, once your checkout is complete. Either leave comments in the checkout, call or send me an email with your request.
  • Any other questions?
Please feel free to email, call or fill out the contact form on my page, and I will do my best to answer you as soon as I can, thank you!
