This stunning vintage/antique Ivory (I believe) Chinese puzzle globe, has many internal carved globes. Many of these have at least x7 layers. Base has written 10 layers (but I am not sure how many layers there are)
It has two dueling dragons carved into the globe, both with black dots for eyes.
There is also a globe and inner carved globes on the stem.
I have checked for 'schreger' lines (most visible on the base) which indicate ivory of some sort.
It screws together & stands 14cm high.
